They need to up their ante on milk choices. Eg: add almond, soy, or oat. I only need one! Cow's milk is passe for many.

Scones and danish are to die for good. Watch out on the cream horns though, not filled all the way.

They charge higher prices for substandard product. They cut corners (Minimally filled Boston Cream) and overproiced croissants and package poorly. They rip-off the tourist but also rip-off the local.
