The Salty Pickle

The Salty Pickle was founded on love and passion for food while seeking and exploring good healthy alternatives in a vast flourishing agricultural area we call the “Central Valley”.  That combination is what pushes us to continually learn and improve our skills in the kitchen and discover different ways to incorporate healthy ingredients in our dishes. We are so passionate about what we do that we now look to share it with our community.
