The Industrial

At The Industrial, we value serving the highest-quality products available. All of our beef is Prime, the highest grade in the United States. It contains between 8 percent and 13 percent marbling. Less than 2 percent of U.S. meat is graded Prime. We source our Wagyu beef from Crooked Horn Wagyu LLC located near Tampico, Illinois. They raise 100% full-blood Japanese Wagyu registered with the American Wagyu Association. The cattle are fed non-GMO grain with NO growth hormones.
