The people there are excellent and super friendly.

The owner is always very pleasant and comes over to say hi. The wait staff is also very pleasant.

The taste and quality of the food was okay, but nothing special or worthy of repeat visits. We were a bit underwhelmed, especially considering the final cost of our ticket. We were a bit surprised about prices, as aside from a small "combo meal" section around $9-$13 a plate, and the just slightly overpriced a'la cart section, most plates were from $14-$24. Even the appetizers lacked a selection lower than $7. They also charged quite a bit extra for any additional sauces, chips, tortillas, refills, etc; which the servers do not inform you of, but is listed in the menu. We felt that Prices overall were high for standard Mexicano Norteno cuisine, and way too high for the mediocre quality of the food in general. We have one more coupon to use next month, and will try a different dish as well as desert. Short of finding a diamond in the rough with a specialty dish next time, I doubt we will go back again.
