Take it from me, as i am a pizza guy....i say this with all due respect, because i want you to succeed here.I think very strongly, you should redo your pizza. I hate to say it, its not that good, its just ok at best. Ok at best in forest hills will not keep you in buissness there. I have witnessed Al dente change owners too many times. Be smart , change your recipe, ask your cutomers which one is better with taste tests. If your recipe wins, id be very surprised.Before i ate in your rest, i asked friends of mine and the word out there is that the pizza is not that good. We had your eggplant parm hero which was very good , walnut salad, very good, lentle soup, good. This is my honest opinion , only to help you stsy and be successful.
