Reg and Blue happened to be almost on our way, so we thought, why not Chinese. The thing is, while their online menu looks like "typical Chinese" there dine-in menu is really pan-Asian, with many Japanese dishes, a few Chinese dishes, and surprisingly many that somehow fall in-between. {The only complain though is that it's much more expensive then online menu makes you think.}We had salmon tartar and spicy mussels from "Japanese appetizers" part of the menu (about $10 each). Both dishes were very well made, and raised to the level of fusion cuisine. For the main course we had bento, one with salmon and another with pepper steak ($18 each) which were more traditional, and nicely combined both Japanese and Chinese elements. Read more Read less
