He stated that the use of our "coupon" justified him pricing everything a la carte, which I felt was incorrectly justified. Due to being unprepared for this change in policy, we had to pay more than anticipated compared to previous experiences. Furthermore, there is rarely hand washing between activities done behind the counter (with no use of gloves) and there was no shame in eating pieces of the food as he prepared it throughout.
