I've been working close by so I've gone to Memphis Minnies more than I normally would have. The last two times that I've been to Memphis Minnie I've been disappointed in the taste of the food and the portions. The rib tips I got were tough and chewy and the four thin strips of brisket I got were mostly fat. Today I got the chicken and requested white meat only to be given a thigh and a leg both of which looked like they were not made fresh and were merely reheated. The sides were on point though.
