Inevitably, the waitress appears to be taking notes to convey to the chef, but they never execute. And I get a plate full of celery and 2 pieces of carrot & broccoli every single time, like 10 times now. The food is really good, but this is annoying. And the service is so-so. I've also had trouble with take out, like getting no fried rice when I ordered & paid for it. These are easy corrections. Pay attention to your customers and you could improve to 5 (excellent). House salad was always standard fare, but this time, our salad came out with just lettuce, and one grape tomato cut in half. No onions, olives, etc. Very upsetting. Kids were charged refills on fountain sodas. Our waitress was very nice. Meal quality for the prices charged was ridiculous.
