As soon as I presented the certificate, the waiter stated “The lady who inputs the certificate is not here. No ones knows how to do that hear”. In a really mean and careless attitude. I will probably not be coming back to this restaurant because of this waiters attitude. I had selected to redeem the certificate and since she did not want to attempt to redeem it, it went to waste. We never got our waters filled and if we did ask her for something (as minute as a knife) it'd take her like 7 to 10 minutes just to do that. We were very dissatisfied and will not go back. People sitting near us refused to supervise their children who constantly ran around and were very annoying!
