When I ordered, I didn't realize the lady who was taking my order wanted to specify what kind of bagel I wanted, which made her a bit impatient. "Honey," she said, "we have 20 different bagels, which one do you want?" I get that it is annoying to get a clueless customer, but she should have kept her professionalism. I told her this was my first time... When I finally got to the window, we must have waited at least 5 minutes, and she never opened the window to tell us anything, or to apologize for the wait. She took the certificate and there was no issue with that. I just thought she could have been friendlier and more genuine. I ordered two everything bagel with ham, eggs and cheese, as well as two cheese bagels with sausage, bacon and cheese. What I loved most about the bagels was the filling actually: the bagels themselves didn't seemed as great or very fresh. Truthfully, we are tough customers, because we are used to home made 100% whole wheat bread made from scratch with home ground flour. The bagels were eaten, though. My kids had no complaints. Owner operated by great people. They knew regular customers by name.

Went for lunch -- meat was good but bagels were hard. That's why I gave a 4 and not a 5.

Sandwich was quite tasty and the bagels were still very fresh even after noon.
