My experience at this place was nothing short of appalling , due to the absolute dreadful customer service provided by the guy at the front desk named Abuye . From the moment I walked in , I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude that made me utterly unwelcome . I ordered only 1 plate for to go. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting for just 1 order. And my order was not one of those that needs to be freshly made like Tibse . It was one of those that they just have to warm up and give you! If an order is placed in person at the restaurant for to go , It is unusuall to be charged before the food is out and ready . So it was a little strange for me when he asked me for payment, But I didn't mind and I paid. After waiting for 40 minutes, I couldn't t wait any longer so I told the guy that I have to leave and asked him to refund what I was charged . That's when this guy decided to insult me and yelling at me. Any other normal person would apologize for the wait and process the refund. But not this guy. He started yelling and insulting me this and that. I was so shocked since I have never experienced such a poor service and anything like this in my entire life! his audacity was so absurd. he told the other waitress not to serve me if I come another . I told him that I have no intention of coming back and that this is unacceptable ! can you imagine how he would treat a man, if he was this verbally aggressive towards me, a female customer? the thought terrifies me. The other waitress processed the refund but no acknowledgment of the matter or apology from her either. Overall, based on this incredibly negative encounter, I can not in good conscience recommend this place to anyone ! Save yourself the frustration and potential disrespect and take your business to another place that values customers and ensures a welcoming experience.
